Abstract:
Memory systems play a critical role in the architecture of scalable supercomputers. In this panel, we examine technical innovations in the area of memory systems that may dramatically change their performance, cost, or scale. These topics include innovations in 3D stacking, on-chip photonics, memory materials, and memory device and system architectures.
